Biography, education, career:

In 1998 Sergey Belykh defended his Candidate Dissertation, titled Perm Sources of Ethnogenesis in Udmurt People (The Problem of Disintegration of the Pra-Perm Community). Since 2002 he has worked at the Department of History and Political Studies, Institute of Social Communication, Udmurt State University.
