Biography, education, career:

Tatyana Zolotova defended her Candidate’s Dissertation in Novosibirsk; it was titled Russian Calendar Feasts of Tobolsk Irtysh Region in late 19th – 20th Centuries. Since 1995 she is a senior researcher; and since 2002 – Academic Secretary of the Department of National Cultures and Interethnic Relations of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Institute of Cultural Studies.

Areas of expertise: History and ethnography of Slavic peoples; Inter-ethnic relations; culture of interethnic relations, problems of globalization
