Biography, education, career:
On 21 November 2003 Khakim Gegraev defended his Candidate Dissertation, titled Ethnodemography of Balkaria in the 19th – early 20th Centuries. Presently, he is Deputy Director for Research at the Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities (Institute of Social Work, Service, and Tourism) and Associate Professor at the Department of Organization of Work with Youth, Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh. M. Berbekov.
