Biography, education, career:
In May 2001, in Novosibirsk, Yerzhan Belgibayev defended his Candidate Dissertation, titled Traditional Material Culture of the Chelkans in the Lebed’ River Basin (2nd Half of the 19th–20th Centuries). Since 2004 – Associate Professor of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnography, and Museology of the Faculty of History, Altai State University.
