Vyatkina (Yurganova) Kapitolina Vasilyevna

Biography, education, career:

On 25 October 1935 Kapitolina Vyatkina was conferred the degree of Candidate of Ethnography without defense. In 1955‑1963 she was Head of the Leningrad group of the Department of East and South Asia of the Leningrad Branch of the Institute of Ethnography, USSR Academy of Sciences. Vyatkina was an experienced field researcher and museum worker.
