Biography, education, career:
On November, 1969 Kirei defended his Candidate’s Dissertation, titled Evian agreements and the practice of their implementation (1962‑1968), in January, 1979 – the Doctoral Dissertation on social and economic policy of the Algerian People’s Democratic Republic 1962‑1976) at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow). Since 1970 he successfully occupied the position of lecturer (1979‑1982), head of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnology, Ancient and Medieval History of the Kuban State University (Krasnodar).
