Biography, education, career:
On 6 December 2006 Oleg Kavykin defended his Candidate’s Dissertation, titled Russian Neo-Pagans’ Construction of Ethnic Identity. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Cultural Anthropology of the Centre for Civilizational and Regional Studies, Institute for African Studies, RAS.
